Financials & Annual Reports
The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis is a federally qualified independent nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Generous contributions from families, individuals, foundations, and corporations make the work of The Scholarship Foundation possible, along with student loan repayments.
The Foundation is registered with the Secretary of State of Missouri, participates in the charity information service coordinated by the Missouri Attorney General, and meets all 20 accountability standards set by the charity information service of the Better Business Bureau of the St. Louis region.
The Foundation’s financial statements for the last 10 years are below. Beginning with fiscal year 2023, the Foundation engages with an external CPA firm to conduct an audit. Previous years’ financial statements were reviewed.
