In a recent report, the Pew Research Center found that college education is more valuable than it has been in nearly 50 years, despite soaring costs, student debt, and high unemployment. The study found that the earnings gap between college graduates and those without a degrees is the largest it has been in the modern era. College-educated Millennials are also faring much better than their less-educated peers in terms of job satisfaction, employment stability, and numerous other economic outcomes.
