The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis is pleased to announce and welcome new members and officers to the board of directors effective June 2, 2026. Joining the board are Cenya Grimes, Lena Haas, Amanda Heidemann, and Trish Lollo.

Cenya (Nya) Grimes presently serves as Manager of Corporate Philanthropy and Community Impact at Ameren. Nya joined Ameren in 2011 as corporate recruiter and over the years worked in human resources and workforce development before assuming her current position in 2022. Prior to joining Ameren, Nya was corporate recruiter for Nextgen and Aerotek. Nya’s bachelor’s degree is from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in business administration and management.
Lena Haas retired at the close of 2025 from a successful career in the wealth management and financial services industry. Most recently, she served as Head of Wealth Management Advice and Solutions and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Edward Jones. Lena led the firm-wide wealth management business serving more than 8 million clients. She oversaw products, platforms, and experiences for 20,000+ financial advisors. Lena serves on the board of directors for Bridge Builder Funds and is a member of SIFMA Private Client Group. Lena has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tufts University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also completed the Women’s Executive Leadership Program at Kellogg School of Management.

Amanda Heidemann is Physician Advisor-Clinical Effectiveness with Wolters Kluwer Health. Her career has encompassed family medicine, informaticist, and clinical advisor. Amanda has provided clinical care in telehealth, urgent care, emergency medicine, and hospital settings. She has served on the Health Advisory Committee for Parkway School District and previously volunteered with Scouting America for many years, serving as unit leader for 16 years. Amanda is a proud Scholarship Foundation alumna. Her bachelor’s degree is from Baylor University, and her M.D. is from Washington University in St. Louis.
Trish Lollo was recently named Group President of BJC Health’s East Region, which operates as BJC HealthCare, after serving as President of St. Louis Children’s Hospital and immediately prior to that as President of Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. She has held leadership positions in hospital administration since 2001 and came to St. Louis in 2011 to begin her career at BJC as Vice President at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Earlier in her career, she held administrative posts at UC San Diego Health and NYU Langone Health medical centers. She serves on the board of directors for BJC Home Care Services, Goldfarb School of Nursing, and Forest Park Forever. Trish’s bachelor’s degree is from Stony Brook University, and her MPH is from Yale University.
New board officers for 2026-2027 are Janet Hendrickson, who will serve as Vice President of Advocacy; Debra Kennard, who will serve as Secretary; and Jennie Jean-Jacques, who will serve as Member-At-Large. They join Tom Ruwitch (President), April Mickens Jolly (Vice President of Program), John Milonas (Vice President of Advancement), and David A. Meyer (Treasurer).
