Policy Fellows Submit Comments on Proposed Regulations for Dual Credit A+ Scholarship Program

Thankfully, this year’s Scholarship Foundation Policy Fellows include two St. Louis University law students. Aja McCoy is a third-year and Sara Rutherford is a first-year. Together, they drafted a set of comments in response to proposed revisions in regulations on the A+ Scholarship Program. While advocacy often focuses on pending legislation, much gets decided or determined in corollary processes of rulemaking and appropriations. A review of the memorandum Aja and Sara have prepared reinforces the importance of vigilance in procedural matters as well as legislative debate.
