Campus Resource Key


Tutoring– Find help with homework, test preparation, or projects. This office can support you in reaching your academic goals.

Career Center– Start making a career path or get help finding an internship, practicum, or job here.

Academic Advising– Academic advisors are there to answer questions about your academic plan and to support course registration.

Computer Lab/Library- Use a computer, locate a book, and get support with research.

Disability Services– Accommodations and support services for students with disabilities can be found at this office. Staff help you navigate your campus experience and make sure you get the support you need.

Math Center–Get individualized help with math courses.

Writing Center- Access individualized assistance with writing assignments and work to improve writing skills.

Cashier’s Office– This office (sometimes called the Bursar’s Office) can assist with managing your financing, such as billing, loans, and refunds.

Registrar’s Office– This office can assist with verifying enrollment, monitoring academic records, and preparing for graduation. The registrar oversees official transcripts, which you need for renewal of your Scholarship Foundation funds.

Financial Aid Office– Visit this office with questions about FAFSA, loans, work-study, grants, and scholarships. Help with other financial matters, including emergency grants or loans in the event of an unexpected expense or loss of income, may also be available.

Pantry– If you are unable to access enough food, consider using the campus food pantry, which may be available for students in need.

Safety- Campus public safety may be able to help with safety matters. Some offer training, assist with walking or driving escorts across campus, or can respond to an emergency. Scholarship Foundation Advisors know many students may not be comfortable using public safety or university police; if you wish to discuss a safety plan and other resources, please contact your advisor.

Help Desk (IT Support)- The Help Desk can assist you with your computer, IT issues, campus technology and troubleshooting.

TRIO Programs– If you are a first-generation student, eligible for a Pell Grant, or have a disability, you may be eligible for TRIO Programs on your campus. These are educational opportunity and support programs designed to assist you.

Counseling Center–This office supports and assists you in navigating stress, anxiety, and depression. Here you will find tools and resources to navigate personal concerns. See Flourish, The Scholarship Foundation’s mental health program, for further information. (Include link to Flourish page)

Student Health Center– The on-campus health center can assist with vaccinations, emergency care, and health advice. They can also refer you to other medical practitioners near campus, if necessary.

Residence Life Office- This office oversees on-campus housing for students. Staff can explain housing options and the financial implications. Students can also rely on office as a resource in the event of roommate difficulties.

Student Accommodations Are:

  • Supports that allow a student with a disability or chronic medical condition equal access to an educational program
  • Unique to individual students and are based on diagnosis and student needs
  • For physical access needs (a wheelchair accessible dorm room, accessible transportation to a school-sponsored off campus event, etc.)
  • For communication needs (an ASL interpreter, screen reader software, etc.), or learning/ processing needs (extended time for taking tests, the ability to record a classroom lecture, etc.)
