Zach is provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and is supervised by Ashley Watson. Zach believes that many theories are applications of truth and is drawn to an eclectic therapeutic approach. In his practice he uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy/Treatment, and Trauma-Informed Treatment, but primarily works from an Attachment and Family Systems perspective, while implementing aspects of Person-Centered and Internal Family Systems Theories. It is his desire to see clients flourish and his goal to make a place for anyone to feel welcome and receive care. He especially enjoys working with college students and recognizes the complexity and juggling many individuals experience during this stage.
