Raelynn Slipke

Raelynn is a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PLMFT), under the supervision of Michelle Worley, who views individual concerns within broader relational, cultural, and developmental systems. She primary works with emerging adults and young professionals navigating relational stress, identity development, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. In her practice she integrates several evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to each client’s needs. Her primary framework is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients understand and work with different “parts” of themselves—such as protective parts, inner critics, or wounded younger parts—from a grounded, compassionate core self. In addition, Raelynn integrates attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions for anxiety and thought patterns, nervous system regulation skills, and systems-oriented work. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and developmentally attuned to the unique challenges of emerging adulthood.
