It is with great excitement that we welcome Terri Cole Brown to The Scholarship Foundation as the new Repayment Manager. Terri will be joining the Foundation family on June 15, 2022 and brings compassionate relationship building skills and student account management expertise. Her most recent position was with City Academy as the Accounts Payable/Student Accounts Manager. She has over fourteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Other positions she has held include Collection Accountant for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, Child Support Enforcement Officer at the Oklahoma District Attorney Council, and assistant to the Director of Development of Central Catholic St. Nicholas School. Each of these positions confirm her ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships and assess the needs of marginalized groups. Terri holds a BS in International Studies from Langston University, an MA in Non-Profit Administration from Lindenwood University, and is expected to complete her Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership from Lindenwood University in December of 2022. Terri’s volunteer experience includes the St. Louis HBCU Alumni Association, National Association of Black Social Workers, FaithWorks Fellowship Ministries, and her membership and committee work with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She plans to manage the repayment program with intention, compassion, and consistency.
