BJC Scholars Health Equity Scholarship Fund

The BJC Scholars Health Equity Scholarship Fund provides grants of up to $10,000 per academic year to students pursuing degrees in the field of healthcare, preferably in high-demand or hard-to-recruit positions.

Applicants must be permanent residents of one of the Illinois counties of Madison, Jersey, Macoupin, Calhoun, or Greene for at least two years prior to the date of application, or have graduated from a high school within one of those counties within the last two years.

The BJC Scholars Health Equity Scholarship Fund is funded by Alton Memorial Hospital.

Interested students should go to MyScholarshipCentral.org, follow the instructions to complete the General Application and then submit the supplemental application for the BJC Scholars Health Equity Scholarship Fund. To be considered, completed applications and all required supporting documents must be submitted by April 15. Awards will be announced in June.
