The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis seeks candidates for Office Administrator. This position reports to the Senior Director of Program and supports program functions as well as provides general administrative support across all departments. The Office Administrator is often the primary point of contact for public inquiries. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and an understanding of the organization’s mission and programs are essential to the role. The Foundation seeks candidates who can draw from their own lived experiences and demonstrate a commitment to racial and economic equity.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • managing the flow of incoming communications,
  • processing and serving as in internal point person for sensitive and confidential mail,
  • assisting with data management and reporting,
  • assisting with planning Foundation events,
  • providing guidance to families throughout the application process,
  • monitoring, receiving, and sending correspondence,
  • facilitating referrals to student advisors for students who need support.

The Office Administrator will be expected to build rapport across the organization, possess empathy, and be welcoming of diverse viewpoints. Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong computer skills, eagerness to learn new systems, and a strong desire to help students!

Salary range for this position is $42,189 – $59,064.
