The Student Advising Team at The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis will host its annual Advising Institute on Friday, August 29th, from 9am-1pm at The Scholarship Foundation’s offices, which are located at 6825 Clayton Ave, Suite 100, St. Louis, MO 63139. Each year, this day of professional training and community building is available to Scholarship Foundation partners—advisors, counselors, and other practitioners working to support students and families to, and through, college. This year’s institute will focus on policy changes and their impact on our work in the coming year, as well as the impact on students, families, and college access and affordability. Sessions will include a detailed update on financial aid and FAFSA changes, preparing you for the launch of the 2026-27 FAFSA on October 1st, as well as a discussion and panel with the Foundation’s policy fellows on what hot topics they are watching in the months ahead—and impact these things will have on students. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Bookings are closed for this event.
